Return / exchange window
We offer hassle-free returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. The return window is counted from the day your order is marked delivered.Eligible items (must meet all conditions)
To be eligible for a return/exchange, the product must be:
Unused, unwashed, and unworn (trial is okay, but no signs of use).
In original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Free from stains (makeup/food/oil), perfume smell, damages, or alterations done after delivery.
Items not eligible for return/exchange
Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for:
Products altered/customized by you after delivery (including stitching/alteration).
Any item with missing tags, damaged packaging, or signs of wear/wash.
Free gifts/freebies (if included) — these may be exchange-only or may not be accepted back.
Certain hygiene-sensitive items (if you sell them later), once opened/used.
Wrong / damaged / defective items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of:
The product issue,
Tags intact, and
Unboxing/parcel condition (box + label).
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
How to request a return/exchange (simple process)
To start a return/exchange, WhatsApp or email us:
Order ID
Product name/variant
Reason for return/exchange
Photos/videos (mandatory for damage/defect/wrong item)
After approval, we will guide you on the next steps for pickup/return shipping.
Refund method
Prepaid orders: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, wherever possible.
COD orders: Refunds are processed via UPI/Bank transfer after you share the required details (UPI ID or bank account info).
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes a quality check.
Refund timeline
Once your return is received and approved in quality check, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days (bank timelines may vary).Reverse pickup / return charges
If reverse pickup is provided, a reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 may be deducted from the refund in cases of excessive or repeated returns or where return pickup costs are unusually high.Exchange rules
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size/variant is out of stock, you can choose:
Another product of equal value, or
A refund (as per the refund method above).
Order cancellation
If you cancel before the order is shipped, we will cancel and refund (for prepaid) as per timelines above.
If the order is already shipped, cancellation may not be possible; you may request a return after delivery (if eligible).
If you want, share: (1) your exact “return address” (where items should be sent if pickup isn’t available) and (2) whether you want returns + exchanges or exchange-only for sarees/suits, and I’ll tighten this policy to match your operations exactly.
